Purpose of the Service
TruthSeal Pro is a technical platform that applies open cryptographic standards — including SHA-256 hashing, RFC-3161 trusted timestamping, perceptual hashing (pHASH), and auditable logging — to generate verifiable integrity seals and chain-of-custody documentation for digital files (images, videos, documents, etc.).
The service is designed to assist qualified professionals (attorneys, investigators, forensic examiners, journalists) in preserving and demonstrating file integrity in a repeatable, standards-based manner.
No Legal Advice or Representation
TruthSeal Pro is not a law firm, forensic laboratory, or legal authority. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice, a legal opinion, expert testimony, or representation. Users must consult qualified legal counsel or forensic experts for advice specific to their jurisdiction and matter.
No Guarantee of Evidentiary Acceptance or Outcome
- Integrity seals, timestamps, logs, and PDF reports are technical outputs based on cryptographic methods and user-submitted data. They provide objective evidence of consistency but do not guarantee acceptance by any court, agency, tribunal, or third party.
- Admissibility, weight, and interpretation of any TruthSeal Pro output depend entirely on the totality of evidence, applicable law (e.g., US Federal Rules of Evidence 901/902, Australian Evidence Act 1995), judicial discretion, and corroborating factors.
- No digital process is infallible. Errors in user procedure, device configuration, or unforeseen technical issues may affect reliability. Independent verification by a qualified examiner is always recommended.
User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the files you upload, seal, or share. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.
- Maintain proper chain-of-custody practices outside the platform (physical handling, secure transfer, witness protocols) as required by your jurisdiction or professional standards.
- If a file is modified after sealing, create a new seal. Misuse, alteration, or selective presentation of outputs may undermine credibility and expose you to legal risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including in the United States, Australia, and other jurisdictions):
- TruthSeal Pro, its operators, affiliates, and contributors disclaim all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of or reliance on the service.
- We are not liable for losses resulting from inadmissibility of outputs, misinterpretation, third-party actions, or failure to follow best practices.
- The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular evidentiary purpose.
Third-Party Services & Independence
TruthSeal Pro may integrate or reference third-party services (e.g., timestamp authorities, QR generators). We are not responsible for their availability, privacy practices, or output accuracy.
TruthSeal Pro is an independent service with no affiliation to any prior or unrelated entity using similar names.
Important Legal Note
TruthSeal Pro is a globally standardized digital forensics tool, verifiable by any qualified forensic expert worldwide. It remains completely neutral and generates unforgeable digital fingerprints (SHA-256 hashes, RFC-3161 timestamps) that cannot be denied or altered.
However, in any case, the final decision rests solely with the relevant authorities, based on the totality of evidence, human insight, and judicial discretion — that alone is conclusive. TruthSeal Pro simply provides tamper-evident, cryptographically provable digital evidence — how it is interpreted or linked in court depends entirely on the broader context.
