No guarantee of outcome

• Verification results are based on technical comparison of files and metadata at the time of sealing and checking.
• While we strive for accuracy, no digital system is 100% immune to error, misconfiguration, or misuse.
• We cannot guarantee that courts, agencies, or third parties will accept or rely upon a TruthSeal report as sufficient proof.

User responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the content you upload and seal.
• You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• If you alter a file after sealing, you must create a new seal. Misuse may reduce credibility of your evidence.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• TruthSeal, its operators, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our service.
• We disclaim responsibility for losses caused by reliance on TruthSeal output without independent verification.
• We are not responsible for the actions of users or third parties who access shared seals.

Third-party services

TruthSeal may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g., QR code generators, cloud hosting). We are not responsible for the content, privacy, or practices of those third parties.
